PRICE PROMISE
The quoted rates are an estimate based on current design and sizes, and they are liable to change till the sign off/production stage depending on the exact actual measurements on-site or design changes made by you or as per your instructions.
Interno.in can provide deep cleaning for your home post-hand-over.
DELAY IN COMPLETION
The payment will be subject to the following conditions:
The delay is for the initial scope of work and item list. Additional items or request for change will not be considered as delayed items.
There are no external factors which have contributed to delay which are out of control.
The site is in a condition which is ready for installation, and there is no delay or pending work from the builder or the client.
Lead Replacement Policy
If a customer does not pick up your call even once or informs, he is not looking for any interior services just when the conversation starts, that too when you report us within 48 hours of lead purchase. You will be elligible for replacement for lead.
Any dispute filed after 48 hours will not be entertained.
If you complain you did not get connected to the customer, our team will speak to the customer again in 48 hours and reconnect with him. If he don’t connect to us, then we shall provide you a replacement for the lead.
A replacement will be provided for only purchased lead.
A replacement will not be provided for the replaced lead.
If you found, you spoke to the customer, but the customer was not looking for the services. You need to attach a call recording with it.
A filed dispute by you goes to the compliance team, who will revert with the final decision in the next 48 hours once you apply for a discussion.
If the lead has been purchased on the partner portal, you will get credit back to your interno wallets.
CANCELLATION, RETURNS & DELAYS
Any non-manufacturing defects and damages post receiving a delivery are not valid for returns or replacements. Customised and made-to-order furniture pieces, purchased from interno.in, cannot be returned or exchanged.
All payments made at any stage are non-refundable.

All designs shared with the client at any stage are the copyright of interno.in. The designs are shared with the intent that the order for the same is placed with interno.in. Any design shared by interno.in cannot be used, installed, shared in any way or form without prior and express written consent of interno.in.
Lead Form Consent
Website visitors who submit a lead form on interno.in's website hereby give consent to receive communication, including those of promotional nature, through any medium such as phone, WhatsApp, electronic mails, or SMS from the company.
